Description
During the term of the agreement, the consultant will provide consulting services and advice to the client. It is understood by all parties involved that consultant's services will be rendered largely at consultant's facilities but that consultant will, on request, come to the client's place of business or such other places as designated by the client, to meet with representatives of the client.
