(“Marketing Group”) and On Site Media, Inc. (“On Site Media”) and dated as of September 29, 2017. All the terms and conditions of this Non-Compete Agreement are incorporated into and made a part of the Final Determination and the Final Determination shall become the sole authority of the Court to enforce the terms of this non-compete agreement as agreed among the parties.
