Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed by the CTO during the course of employment shall be considered the sole property of the Company. The CTO shall promptly disclose and assign all rights, title, and interest to such intellectual property to the Company. 6. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement, by resignation, or in accordance with the provisions set forth by applicable laws.
