Under this agreement, Consultant agrees to provide the following services to Client: 1. Public Relations Consulting: a. Development and implementation of comprehensive public relations strategies. b. Media relations and press release distribution. c. Crisis communication planning and management. d. Online reputation management. e. Social media strategy and management. f. Event planning and coordination for promotional activities. g. Brand development and enhancement. h. Development and execution of PR campaigns. 2. General Business Consulting: a. Business strategy development and implementation. b. Market research and analysis. c. Financial analysis and forecasting. d. Operations management and process improvement. e. Organizational development and leadership training. f. Risk assessment and mitigation. g. Development of standard operating procedures. h. Business expansion and growth planning. Both parties acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Term: The term of this agreement shall be for an initial period of one year, commencing on the effective date stated herein. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party 30 days prior to the desired termination date. 2. Compensation: Client shall compensate Consultant for services rendered as per the fee structure outlined in Exhibit A attached to this agreement. Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of an invoice. 3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the consulting engagement. 4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan. This document represents the entire understanding between C.
