The contract, approved on March 8, 2007, is for the provision of on-farm employment services in the service of the state of Florida, and will be performed to the extent and in the manner provided for in the Florida Farm Service Contract Act. C-21-10 Florida Farm Hand Contract — Employees. The contracts, approved on November 18, 2004, were for state staff providing services to the Commissioner of Agriculture on a contract basis. C-21-11 Florida Farm Hand Contract — State employees performing services for the commission as a consultant. The contracts, approved on March 9, 2005, were for state employees performing services for the commissions on a contract basis. Those contracts require state employees to report directly to the Commissioner of Agriculture and also to be provided services by the Commission upon expiration of their existing contracts.
