The Company estimates that the amount claimed as a net royalty interest for the year ended December 27, 2015, is 2.0 million, which is treated as a gain from the sale of all the Company's interest which became effective on December 27, 2015, on the assumption that the assumption is fully met, and that the Company does not have any other costs to pay for the costs incurred with respect to the assignment. These costs are not deductible for tax purposes. In January 2016, the Company executed the final agreement to complete the sale transaction contemplated by the Agreement and to assume the remaining assigned rights to the property under the Assumption.
