This form is used when Ratifying Party ratifies and confirms all of the terms and provisions of the Assignment to the same extent and effect as if Ratifying Party was a signatory party to the Assignment. Further, Ratifying Party grants, assigns, and conveys to Assignee all of Ratifying Party's rights, title, and interests in the Leases as to the lands they cover that were the subject of the Assignment.
