Her album “Jet” (1969), produced by Jerry Wexler, was her first with a hit single, and a Top Ten hit on the Billboard album chart. She has four platinum-certified albums in the US and six world-conquering albums. Joan has released two international hits — “My Favorite Life” and “Just a Little Higher” — both of which were recorded by John Lennon, for the album “Never Tear Us Apart.
