All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed, a poster prepared by the Department of Labor* informing employees of the protections of the Occupational Safety and Health Act P.L. 91-596, December 29, 1970 and its amendments. Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations, 1903.2(a)(3) states that reproductions or facsimiles of the poster shall be at least 8 1/2 by 14 inches with 10 point type.
