2.1. As in Nevada state court, people who do not report to jury duty in Nevada federal court will be summoned to appear at a show cause hearing. If they fail to show up or give a good excuse for missing jury duty, the judge may order: up to $1,000 in fines, and/or. up to three (3) days in jail, and/or.
